Fees

A new registration fee will help us defray the high costs of running the annual meetings. This is especially timely in light of our difficult budgetary situation. The registration fees for attendees are as follows:

  • Overseas Members and Guests US$-500 per person
  • Members and Guests from South America or Australia US$-300 per person
  • Israeli Members and Guests NIS-500 per person

First time Participant: please contact: Barbara Kandell, secretary of the BOG, who will be in touch with you soon to assist you in completing your registration.

Please note: The registration fee can only be paid on-line

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, e-mailed or post-marked by May 01, 2009.

Board Meeting Registration Fees: A 75% refund of the registration fee will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice is received by May 1, 2009. Reimbursements will be made after the Board Meeting.

There is no refund for cancellation after May 1, 2009.

Hotel cancellation policy can be found at the accommodations section . All terms and conditions in reference to hotel bookings are the exclusive responsibility of Nili Golan from EZOORY AMEX TRAVEL LTD.
