How do I register?

Registration is online only
What is the cancellation policy? What if I need to change my plans?
All cancellations must be faxed e-mail or post-marked by May 1, 2009.
Conference Registration Fees: 75% Refund of the registration fee will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice is received by May 01, 2009. Reimbursements will be made after the meeting.
There is no refund for cancellation after May 1, 2009.

Why do I need to register for events?
For some events and tours there are limited numbers of tickets available.
We would like to save the best seats for you.
With regard to the Lab Tours, we need numbers in order to best plan the event.

Dress code
Attire for all outdoor tours is casual; comfortable shoes are recommended.
